Default Skill menu annoyance

This is the clickable/navigable area on a 1024x768 screen when you select a skillset from the saved ones. If you chose one you won't want, or if you change your mind, you have a teensy area to scroll.

What gives? I don't want to have to turn off all tooltips for this (and I'm not sure this would help), but it's annoying the pants off of me.

Anyone else?

You can drag the corner to make the window bigger.

Unfortunately, the pop-up tooltip still blocks off everything but the first 8 letter of a skill set. It's bad for those of us who got used to naming the skills with the class, like: "Monk - Barrier Bond" "Monk - Healer (WoH)".

All I see now is "Monk - "... even if I stretch the window out to be full screen size.
